Born in Santiago Chile (1988), he is a visual artist living in Amsterdam. His works often find their starting points from existing collections of objects and memories, archives as modes of storytelling which he reassembles into installations, performances or publications.

Two references are central: Albert Kahn’s Archive of the Planet (Paris, 1909–1929), with its autochromes and gardens documenting what was ‘going to disappear’;

and Lina Bo Bardi’s Civilização do Nordeste (Salvador, 1963), which foregrounds the value of popular material culture through the objects it produces.
